The front desk service is slow, no sense of urgency in anyone’s time. Also they are not having Dr appointments ready to go I’m having to wait to get Dr notes.
Omni is the worst at keeping appointments, whether or not its in person or tele health, no call or they keep you waiting, and while on the phone customer service they try to apologize and reschedule for their mistake, this has happened 4 or 5 times now and its ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO OMNI HEALTH IF YOU WANT TO KEEP A SCHEDULE AT ALL, THEY ARE WORTHLESS AS AN OFFICE IN A WHOLE They get mad when confronted about how bad of a job they are doing, no accountability at all
The staff is really friendly & helpful. It's a really clean Facility ,they really listen to me & I love the drive from Fresno to Reedley. I would most definitely recommend this office to any of my friends or family members. I have been so satisfied with this office & staff. Thank you.
in lot's of pain with swelling. I walked in as a new patient was told I would have to schedule an appointment for the following week. I need to see someone now not next week. bad service. not worth 1 star but Google forces to give a star or no comment will be posted . smh
