I'm a new patient, just getting established. The office is clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor got right on the referrals I needed. I have a lot going on, so we'll have to see if I can get the care that I need going forward. The doctor was nice. I am hopeful that he can be my new doctor, and pick up the ball and run with it.
The front office staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming! The gal knew me by name and that was even more appreciated! They were training someone to help at the front desk, you could tell they were patient and professional. They role modeled for the trainee not only how to do the task but also how to be kind to a patient.
Catalina PA was the best provider ever. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and kind and efficient. Love the staff here. We'll organized. No complaints.
Everyone is very professional,caring, polite.
