I had 8:00 and 8:30 appt for me and my son. First I'm sick of having one apt to meet n greet, come back for exam and maybe xrays, come back for treatment but get referred out elsewhere. Second computer always down so no records, more time wasted, no clue who you are, what treatment needed, medical release can't be located. Third, communication. You gave to ask everything. Dr talks to staff about extractions cavities whatever never explains to ME. Then can't do any work referred to oral surgeon, ok referred to general dentist... read more
