Prompt service in and out no fuss.
I love this place. They treat you like a human not just a number. They really take good care of you and listen to you. Dr. Thomas Warner is our favorite doctor. He is not in Hanford anymore but when he was, he took very good care of our family!
I had an appointment on the 22nd for an ear infection, and was prescribed antibiotics. They were never sent to the pharmacy. And when I called back, I was told the doctor would be sent a message and i should receive a response within 72 hours. I have a serious infection, and I don't have 72 hours. I can barely hear. I was told I can always go to urgent care but this appt. was paid for so what was it for if the only job wasn't done? I don't have time with my job to go to urgent care which is why I made the appointment. Terrib... read more
