Ive been calling for what 3 weeks now cant speak to anyone so i have them call me back twice never got called back so I text with omni services to have them tell me Oh we went ahead a forward ur request to the pharmacy I spoke to someone from the pharmacy this morning just to c if all6 medication had been refilled NO 2 r now there but have to b ordered..and the other 4 What?? Just walked out. 1 hour in the room is too long to be waiting to be seen by the doctor. The waiting room was empty and rooms weren’t even filled. There’s no reason to be waiting that long when there are no patients. I waited so long the lights even turned off on their own.
Worst doctors office ever. I’ve had a torn acl for legit months now and they STILL haven’t worked on referring me anywhere. Whenever we call it’s the same thing. We’ve been calling for a month straight now .
Quick at registration and getting called back the medical assistant was quick doing her part and she took us to a room and within a few minutes Doctor Ameretab came in and did her thing. She is a great pediatrician I drive from Bakersfield to Delano and overall service was great! In and out within 45 minutes.
