I love the experience, doctors, staff, and progress made but I have called 7 times and left messages each time, starting on 7/7 and emailed 3 times, in an attempt to change my appt to a later time. I have not received a callback nor email yet. Little frustrating
Friendly staff and a timely service
I have been calling since 03/31 and leaving messages (03/31, 04/02, 04/07, 04/10 and 04/14) to schedule my mother for a new patient visit. No one every answers the phone, always a voicemail and no on has returned my call.
