Ive been coming to this office for a few years now the front desk staff charges everytime I come but it'susuallyprettygood visit. My appt today was at 9am got here at 8:40am for the front desk to tell me they have to check my insurance to see if I can still be seen at this office due to changes in their system so after sitting waiting for her to check my insurance I go up to the desk about 930am to see if im okay to be seen she stated I haven't had a chance. Excellent experience
The service was great. Professional caring and knowledgeable
Very well for me and it was busy but everyone was able to see their perspective doctors without complaint. Each task was performed so that wait did not have to extend itself. At this location the waiting area is a tight fit including the front desk, section for the optometry center and seating area.
