So nice. From staff to Dr. all extremely kind. Dr. Garcia impressed me with his empathy when he did my eye surgery. Says a prayer over me and made me know it would be alright! I will never forget that.
The staff in the Rosedale office are wonderful. They are efficient and courteous. They work with you to resolve any problems you have. Everyone wants you to get the best care so they give you their best. The only concern I have with Omni eye care as a whole is the way their handle phone calls. One number for all locations makes it difficult to get through at times
Staff is very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
