I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Omni Eye Specialists. I was there from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and despite spending two full hours there, I didn’t even get a chance to truly speak or ask questions. The doctor dominated the conversation and didn’t listen to a word I tried to say. Very happy with my experience. Very friendly staff and helpful with my first time there. I learned a lot about my eye condition.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I have.
I was very unhappy with the results of my cataract surgery performed by Dr. Garcia, for which I was charged a copay of $2400. I have sent him two extensive letters expressing my issues and have never received a reply. I now live with one eye that is in a continuous state of dilation because my pupil was stretched during removal of the cataract. I have more vision issues now then before my surgery.
