I like that when I had an allergic reaction to an eye medicine, they got me an appointment with a doctor right away. I mean immediately! Thank you OMNI! They are always so kind and efficient.
I'm a patient at this doctor, and they suddenly told me not to come. They told me to go to another doctor. They used to tell me to come in right away if I had any eye problems, but today, after my checkup, they suddenly told me not to come. I was shocked and bewildered. I wonder why.
Professionalism at its highest and they give you a thorough understanding of the procedures they are performing. The Doctor gives you great recommendations that work. This is why I keep coming to my annual appointments.
So nice. From staff to Dr. all extremely kind. Dr. Garcia impressed me with his empathy when he did my eye surgery. Says a prayer over me and made me know it would be alright! I will never forget that.
