Omni doesn't stand behind their products or service. They want to charge me $250 to come change 6 nuts that rusted that are covered under warranty. They came out during their original appointment and showed up with 2 nuts, knowing they needed 6. They had to leave to go get more. When they came back I wasn't here, so I advised them to leave them on the porch. I attempted to change 1 nut myself, and the entire screw came out of the light fixture. Showed up before 11 when scheduled from 2-4. Got the issue fixed quickly.
These guys were amazing! Came in and took their shoes off, respectful, knowledgeable and FAST!!! Builder covered up electrical switches and they found them right away. Cleaned up after themselves and asked if I needed anything else. Wonderful guys! Will absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
