I had a great new patient experience. The dentists are professional and trustworthy
Great dental office and very kind people! I couldn’t get to my bus stop because of police cars/fire trucks and Misty at the front desk waited with me until I was picked up. Another staff member offered to walk me to my bus stop if I needed it. Everyone was nice! Thank you!!! Editing my review: I continue to be impressed with Omni Dental. They are very kind and educational with their feedback on how to improve oral health. I always learn something new and feel supported by their team.
1st visit but it was a good experience. Very professional staff, knowledgeable and friendly. State of the art technology and clean rooms. I'd give them a 10/10.
This dental clinic is truly the best in Seattle. Everyone who works there is so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Andy is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he fixed all the issues caused by my previous doctor and did everything so gently and PERFECTLY !!! For the 2nd time in a row I showed up for an appointment that I had booked online and when I arrived at the office I was told that I did not have an appointment. The last time they had no explanation but I did receive an apology. This time I was told that the office had tried to contact me to tell me that they had double booked and needed to reschedule - checking my phone, there was no evidence of an attempt to contact me.
