Was a customer for around 21 years but no longer think they are capable of doing their job correctly. They didn't know how to make a principle only payment on my mortgage, and seemed to not be able to get mail to the address they just helped me perches. OMNI Community Credit Union charges a $2.00 fee for mail being returned from an Undeliverable Address. This fee is disclosed as required by Federal Law. After the credit union was contacted by ** ******* on February 1, 2024, the $2.00 fee was refunded the next day, on February 2, 2024.
