I called them and I got the operator and she apparently is working totally by her self. No parts Dept to transfer me to nor any one in sales to give me a price on the labor to have someone replace some wheels on some shopping carts. I called another phone number of what I thought was a different company and I got her again. Same situation with her no one to transfer me to , not willing to look up the price of a case of shopping cart wheels she doesn't know if the wheels are American made.
Great place to have all your rolling equipment cleaned and repaired such as shopping carts bakery and meat racks
