The company is getting better! I got a ride from big Ron and he picked me up at my house and didn't start the meter till we was out of my drive way and he took me to Walmart and he waited for me to get done which was like 30 Mins then he took me to good will and a few other places and he gave me a good deal I swear that's the best omni taxi driver iv ever road with you should get more people like him
I was at Wal-Mart and got a ride from a omni cab driver is Big Ron dude is laid back cool as hell not like the other company he waited till we was leaving parking lot to start meter more drivers like him are need!
Just a FYI if you want customer service you shouldn't drive into a gas station all crazy and fast making it dangerous for pedestrians just to yell and make a scene with one of your employees and if I was that driver and you treated and embarrassed me like that I would no longer work for your company.
My mom has alzheimers and goes to an alzheimers center. They pick her up in the morning but they can come as early as 530 am!!!!!! or maybe some days at 730am!!!!! Who in their right mind would want to wait for a two hour pickup window at 530 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????? I never chose them the state did. Best cab ride I have had in a long time there cars are the cleanest in the city and there rates are far more cheaper than there competitors and they offer free WiFi in all of there cars
