From the first phone call till the work was done, these guys were 110% professional, courteous and respectful. I was simply overwhelmed with what needed to he done but omni sat down with me and layed it all out with pictures and videos and made everything easy to comprehend without making us feel stupid. Omni Basements recently fixed our leaky basement by putting in a weeping tile + sump pump and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. From start to finish, they communicated effectively and professionally and finished the job as promised. Positive experience from start to finish, highly recommended!
Very professional from the time I called to receive a quote through to the completion of the job. They hired the required engineer to scope the work which consisted of installing two support beams in the basement. They did the work when they said they would, as scoped, and completed as scheduled. They respected their quote as well. The workers cleaned after themselves and were very efficient. I highly recommend this company.
A friend recommended Omni basements for my Bowing wall and improperly installed sump pump. We also had them do the waterproofing. Lucas and his team were very professional, arrived in time and left the basement clean everyday. The basement looks amazing, I’m excited for rain and not having the sump pump gurgling in the kitchen sink. Highly recommend them for basement repairs.
