I've used Omni before and went back because the customer service is amazing. This time I got quotes from several companies and no one beat their prices. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted instantly. David came out and looked at window and said no problem. I was expecting to wait for a while as replacement window was put in,but I didn't have to David had my truck ready I 40 minutes. Fast, professional, and very nice. Excellent and fast service. I have a Hyundai Elantra and they got me in and out real fast. Really happy with the professionalism and attention I received. Gentleman in the video took care of assisting me when I arrived. Definitely a return customer if I need my windshield replaced again.
I’ve used Omni Auto Glass for my last four windshield replacements. Every experience has been outstanding! Their service is always top-notch, quick, professional, and hassle-free. This place quoted me the best price in town . Staff is very friendly, when I first called, the guy I talked to that ran me the quote was very kind , he told me his name multiple times but I just forgot it. They scheduled me an appointment asked for a small deposit and billed me a receipt via text. The place is nice , waiting room is comfortable, couches, tv , complimentary coffee , snacks and drinks, and it's nice and cold.
