Excellent and fast service. I have a Hyundai Elantra and they got me in and out real fast. Really happy with the professionalism and attention I received. Gentleman in the video took care of assisting me when I arrived. Definitely a return customer if I need my windshield replaced again.
I’ve used Omni Auto Glass for my last four windshield replacements. Every experience has been outstanding! Their service is always top-notch, quick, professional, and hassle-free. My experience with Tanner at Omni Glass was top notch! We had some issues with the 'go between' Safelite solutions (conduit for glass repair via State Farm). Tanner not only stayed on the phone for HOURS to ensure I was taken care of, he checked in with my insurance agent and myself to make sure things were going alright. Customer service like that is a WIN in my book. They have our business moving forward. Keep up the amazing work!
Fast installation and I only lasted 10 minutes in the building! Went to a Post Malone concert and had my passenger window shattered on my Dodge Charger . So I called them and booked a same day appointment. I was very impressed on how fast and efficiently they installed it. Definitely recommend
After struggling for almost 3 weeks with a national competitor to get a window put in, I called Omni who quoted me over $200 less than the other company and would be able to get it in the same day. I went in at around 3 and was done by 5 pm. I spoke with Tanner who was super helpful and friendly over the phone and the technicians did a great job with installing and cleaning up. I'm so appreciative of this company getting things done quickly and efficiently.
