I recently traveled to San Antonio TX to visit a family member for a surprise Birthday party celebration on 8-23-2024. The following morning I realized my truck had been broken into at our hotel. This morning I saw a large crack on my windshield. Found Omni Auto Glass online with high rating. Called them and got same day appointment with extremely reasonable quote. I wasn't sure but went there and within an hour I have my car ready with new windshield and lifetime warranty. I don't know if I want anything more. These guys are awesome. Reasonable price and quick fix. I love the way they deal with customer. I am very very happy. I don't have more than 5 star to give them.
Highly recommend. Had a rock chip my windshield early in the am . Called them to see if it could be fixed . Sent a photo though text . They told me It might not be fixable, but told me to go ahead to their shop . Quoted me 100$ . And if they where able to fix had a life time warranty . Since I was working . I took my truck during my lunch hour . They where fast . Very professional. Had snack . coffee. Drinks in the waiting room . They tried to fix the chip Told me the chip was to deep . I had a pretty large crack that the team didn't initially think could be sealed, so I'd have to replace the whole windshield. However, upon a second look, they decided to give it a try. The team member that serviced it was determined to make it work, even if it took extra time. They could've stuck with their original answer of replacing being the best course, but I'm grateful they gave it a second look and attempt! Howdy! Today I had my Windshield replaced by Mr. David at Omni Glass and I couldn't be happier with the service. I was in an out surprisingly quick as my appointment was in the morning. My vehicle was handled with car and after the replacement was finished i was giving a detailed explanation on care. If i ever need a replacement or repair again I'll most certainly come back here and ask for David.
