Their service is always top-notch, quick, professional, and hassle-free. Tanner (co-owner) has been great to work with. We hand factory defect with one of the replacements sent to him. This morning I saw a large crack on my windshield. Found Omni Auto Glass online with high rating. Called them and got same day appointment with extremely reasonable quote. I wasn't sure but went there and within an hour I have my car ready with new windshield and lifetime warranty. I don't know if I want anything more. These guys are awesome. Reasonable price and quick fix. I love the way they deal with customer. I am very very happy. I don't have more than 5 star to give them.
Well I had a live rear view mirror installed in my car a few months ago, when I took my car in I had no problems with my mirror. When I went to pick up my car, my rear view mirror was dangling from the windshield. They broke a piece off the base putting it back on the new windshield. They argued the fact and said they had a plastic welder and they could try to put it on that way. Um no! What for it to snap again? So I had to put a whole new rearview mirror on my car. I had a pretty large crack that the team didn't initially think could be sealed, so I'd have to replace the whole windshield. However, upon a second look, they decided to give it a try. The team member that serviced it was determined to make it work, even if it took extra time. They could've stuck with their original answer of replacing being the best course, but I'm grateful they gave it a second look and attempt! I recently traveled to San Antonio TX to visit a family member for a surprise Birthday party celebration on 8-23-2024. The following morning I realized my truck had been broken into at our hotel. Rear passenger window busted out allowing the burglar to get into my truck. Reaching out to my insurance company for help in finding a auto glass company was unsuccessful.
