Very patient and empathetic staff. They do a very thorough exam. They explain and break down pricing, and they give you options on colors, style and types of hearing devices. They are very experienced with elderly people and are very accommodating to people with alzheimers and/or dementia.
I have been taking my 92-year-old mom to Omni Advanced Hearing aid center for several years. We love that it is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience.The Hearing instrument specialist that we have been seeing is Brian McConnell . We are so happy with Brian. Mark is the most knowledgeable person in all aspects of the hearing aid industry. Don't make the mistake that we did going to another place, paying more, less customer support, and not caring about patient's needs. Mark is truly concerned about your needs and correcting your hearing deficiencies. He also may be able to adjust and or fix your current hearing aids.
