Mark is the most knowledgeable person in all aspects of the hearing aid industry. Don't make the mistake that we did going to another place, paying more, less customer support, and not caring about patient's needs. Mark is truly concerned about your needs and correcting your hearing deficiencies. He also may be able to adjust and or fix your current hearing aids.
1st time using a audiologist and I got to say, it was a very pleasant experience. Patrick was very polite, professional, and made my visit fun honestly. My ear was plugged up with wax and it was fixed in under 10 mins of me walking in the door. Shout out to pats brother for squeezing me in the schedule!!

MARK is amazing and so is the rest of the workers at omni. Mark did an amazing job cleaning the wax out of my husbands ears that is very sensitive to touch.and making sure his insurance will cover new hearing aids. We also told Mark about our certified therapy dog Betty Sue he wanted to meet her in Person so we went home to grab more paperwork for Mark . We also brought our Betty sue Back meet Mark and Stacy. We plan on doing another therapy visit with Betty Sue @ Omni
I give Brian McConnell all the stars in the world. He went above and beyond to give me a thorough hearing test. Was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. Wanted the best outcome for me now and in the future. Examined my ears he was outstanding. I have been to many others in the area and by far Brian is exemplary in all aspects of anyone in need of a hearing test, and or hearing aides. I highly recommend him and his brother Patrick.
