The Best place to go, I am always treated with respect. There Father and Sons team are professionals beyond a doubt.
Very patient and empathetic staff. They do a very thorough exam. They explain and break down pricing, and they give you options on colors, style and types of hearing devices. They are very experienced with elderly people and are very accommodating to people with alzheimers and/or dementia.
I have been taking my 92-year-old mom to Omni Advanced Hearing aid center for several years. We love that it is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience.The Hearing instrument specialist that we have been seeing is Brian McConnell . We are so happy with Brian. He is so patient, kind, warm , caring understanding and an awesome listener. He goes the extra mile if he needs to for us and is very educated on all the products.
