I had a very similar one star experience with their staff. I know they are under new management for a few months. This may explain the previous good reviews lol.
What's with the attitude in this place? Maybe waiting 2 hours for a zpak can be explained but continuing to ignore me asking like I'm not even there? Never coming here again. Unbelievable
I couldn’t resist taking a few minutes to review this one. I receive a phone call from pharmacist telling me Rx is ready and come pick up immediately. I arrive and am told by same Rph that nothing’s ready and she never spoke to me on phone. Then called me a liar in front of 3 other customers fortunate enough to be patrons to such nasty employees. All I could say in the end was Umm, Omm, I mean really….
I’m honestly confused by the positive reviews here because my experience was the complete opposite. The staff I spoke with were extremely rude and unprofessional. I called with a simple question about a medication, and the woman who answered hung up on me — twice. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, just immediate disconnection.
