Omland and Osterkorn could not have been more professional, flexible and awesome to work with !! I called several companies to explain my situation and their responses were "all or nothing". Meaning a full survey that would cost a small fortune or nothing. Elizabeth offered several solutions that was professional and affordable. It did the trick and solved my problem. I searched the internet for a local engineering firm for our exterior project. Omland & Osterkorn were highly rated and went above and beyond to provide a precise and professional property survey and site plans to ensure we were within the limits of impervious coverage. As a result, there were no issues obtaining the necessary permits from the town and our contractor recommended O&O to their other customers.
Kiersten and her team were fast to turn our property survey/staking around and used very visually appealing corner markers that are easily found. This is the second time I’ve requested her service and she has not let us down!
Great experience for a residential survey. Communication was very responsive and informative, and the price was right and reasonable. Overall, very professional and we will 100% use their services in the future again!
