LOVED the dress selection and the customer service was amazing!
Overall, the experience was wonderful! My mother and I called OML to see if we could arrange time to shop in their bridal/formal store that day. It is protocol to schedule an appointment so staff can focus on you only. We were fortunate that we could be seen in 45 minutes. As the grandmother and aunt of the bride, we wanted the very least to have a better idea of what kind of dress looked nice on us or to actually purchase dresses that reminded us we are lovely.
