The staff at this store were very kind and helpful, and my wedding dress truly is gorgeous. However, I was disappointed with some parts of the experience. I purchased a $4,000 dress and was never told that alterations weren’t included until after my dress had already been pinned. That ended up costing me another $400. Then, when everything was done, they wanted to charge $50 just to steam the dress. Amazing store tucked in behind hobby lobby and I never knew it existed. Im not the girly girl type and was just about to order a dress off Amazon but I found OML on google and called one day and asked if they had availability the same day. They were able to squeeze me in before I had to go to work. Michelle and I had an hour to try to find my dream dress and man did she did deliver!
