This review is based solely on my experience with the receptionist. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. She did not listen carefully, seemed rushed whenever I called with questions or to book an appointment, and would answer incoming phone calls before finishing with the patient standing in front of her. Dr. Omiwole has been my family Doctor for eight years.He is a good listener, quiet empathetic and patient.
I have been coming to Dr. Omiwole for 6 years now. I was kinda nervous at first but now I'm so comfortable. Joanna the secretary is very caring. As for others who have had not so good experience, you have to sometimes go a couple of times. I most definitely give them five stars!!
