I visited Omiwol and ordered the naengmyeon, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The broth didn't have that refreshing, satisfying gulp you usually expect from cold noodles—it almost felt like a completely different style of soup altogether. I was a bit taken aback by the flavor profile.
It was a really good experience overall. The raw marinated crab was awesome and all the meat cuts were great. The soups had a lot of flavour and the side dishes were great! The service for the most part was really good, but sometimes hard to get someone's attention, super happy and friendly once we did though. Defintiely coming back.
