John service was great, kept us informed of everything. His work crew hard working and reliable.
Extremely poor customer service. I was wanting a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and eventually after great difficulty someone came out and visited to measure up and I was told the written quotation would be with me in several days time. That was back in March! After ringing this business no less than 10 times between April and August asking them to send me out a copy of their quotation for the works and being told each time "apologies it will be sent out tomorrow" with multiple excuses about why their receptionist hasn't... read more
