The staff constantly forgets to send prescriptions to pharmacies, I had to stop my recommended regimen halfway through because they didn’t send the prescription even after I called them to remind them that they were supposed to send it in the day I had my appointment
Don't bother calling if you aren't from Vanderhoof they have a policy to only help locals
