I ordered a Jumbo slab and they delivered a normal size slab. When I called the company, the only explanation was that they sold it to another client. I have to call my client and explain the slab they selected was sold to someone else and they now must look for another slab (at another company) or have a sim in their beautiful island. This is very unprofessional, not the proper way to do business.

I found Omicron Granite & Tile through Google, and I was impressed with the great reviews they have. From my first consultation, to the scheduled installation, the whole experience was very positive. My quartz countertops installed by them were fantastic. It is so rare to find a company that does great work at a reasonable price, and delivers 100% as promised. Extremely satisfied with the overall process in working with Omicron Granite & Tile from start to finish. Mr. Yoni was very informative and responsive in providing answers to all of our questions. I am 100% satisfy with the staff at the Melbourne branch. They were product knowledgable and very helpful in suggesting the right countertop that best match my walls,floors and cabinets. Although it took me a lil longer than most people to make up my mind I am completely happy with my choice. The selection and choices are a bit overwhelming but this is good in my eyes there all beutiful. I'll be coming back to select marble for my vanity top.

I was amazed at the selection that Omicron Granite had. The staff was very helpful in explaining the materials and which would be good choices for what I was using it for. The prices were great and I am so happy with my finished countertops. Great company to deal with I have no complaints!

These people are great - I highly recommend them. While shopping for granite recently, I happened upon them and found them to be very accomodating, knowledgeable, respectful and talented.
