We were the only ones there today! The staff that was present was very informative! My son and I had an enjoyable appointment and would recommend them to friends.
Overall, I have had a very good experience using OMI as our orthodontist. However, on this last appointment, we politely told our technician(I don’t know the proper name) that we were not going to continue with phase two, which took her by utter surprise. Immediately, her demeanor changed and her attitude towards us became negative. We were told that we needed to explain to the doctor why we had come to that decision, not in a separate room mind you, but back in front of everyone getting their teeth worked on.
