My husband got an ear infection when we were on vacation and this was the closest urgent care open. It was clean, well organized, and the receptionist, medical assistant, and PA (Emily) were all professional and kind. We had our kids with us and we were in and out promptly. It was a great experience that could have been very stressful. Emily was thorough and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this place.
I had a very good experience at this walk-in clinic....The office women were very friendly, kind and helpful....I saw the P.A. Emily and she was great....She was a good listener, very professional, thorough, asked the right questions and went above and beyond in helping me....She recommended that I should see a Eye Doctor, M.D. and set-up the appointment for that day!!!...I am so grateful for her concern and the excellent care that she gave me....Absolutely would recommend this facility....Kindly.....mo
The only reason why I give 1 star is because some of the employees are nice! However Dr has dropped the ball on my care so bad that I have had to resort to going to the ER multiple times. I feel as if I have to jump through hoops to get the care and medicine that's needed for my conditions. Liver doctor wanted repeat ultrasounds every 6 months and doctor didnt set it up. Severe arthritis, nerve damage, diabetic, cant eat or sleep due to everything going on with my body and yet the clinical nurse decided to hang up on me 2 ti... read more
The receptionist is being very disrespectful, and giving us attitude for no reason. We get that you had a long day, and trust me i know. But if im coming to your place of work to get help, you best believe you best treat me well. After all we PAY YOU. If i could give it 0 stars i would.
