I wasn't going to write a review, but since the staff doesn't want to return my phone calls, I guess I will 🤷🏼♀️ I've had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. Once their location in Waterbury shut down, things went downhill from there. I drive over 40 minutes to get here, and there have been times when we came for no reason because the orthodontist staff wasn't there to fix my sons braces.
