8 months pregnant couldn't recommend this place enough.. they were so nice and helpful when I was having a medical emergency
I wish I could give this place less than one star!!!! I had a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled 2 months ago. Good thing I called the day before to make sure it was okay I was on certain medication because I was told “YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPT FOR TOMORROW” was told by the young girl that it was her first week and three people have been fired. Did not apologize or try to accommodate me. Myself, fiance and parents took day off from work! So unprofessional.
Made 2 first time appts for my kids. They called and canceled. Ok no problem. I rescheduled for today. Go their for my appts. Stand outside the door for 20 min because the door was locked. I called to let them know I was here for my appts. Never even rang. It went right to voicemail. So i left and called them and left a message about how I will be finding somewhere else to take my kids. Im glad others find this a really great place. But I definitely wont be back.
The staff is great in person—friendly, welcoming, and I’ve always had good experiences while actually at the office. HOWEVER, trying to reach them by phone is ridiculous. Their phones are constantly “not working correctly.” Morning, midday, afternoon—it doesn’t matter. You’ll get the same message saying they’re busy helping another patient or you’ve reached them after hours.
