Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, very professional.
The dentist Dr. Khan was great, unfortunately the billing team and management team really ruin it. I paid them for two different visits for fillings I needed, when I get the explanation of benefits from my insurance company it shows that I overpaid them by about 270% from the agreed upon rate with Delta. I called them over a dozen times and was given weak assurances they would look into it. After more than a month I reach out to the appeals and grievances department at Delta. Horrible customer service! I have been trying for almost a year to get a bill corrected that is overcharged/incorrectly billed. I have called and left numerous voicemails with no return calls. I have had my insurance company call as well and they said they were transferring to the office manager and then the call was dropped.
