I’ve been going to Theo for years after a drunk driver rear ended me. I’ve seen dozens of different RMT, Chiropractors, physio, acupuncturist if you can think it I probably tried it. And none as effective than Theo at resolving my pain. He has a level of care and attention that is uncommon and he holds a great conversation for those who don’t want to just lay there. Thank you Theo! You’re the best.
Irene is wonderful! Her touch is perfect when you need a nice relaxing massage to get rid of the weeks' stress. And if you have knots?, she will find them and she will work them out! She is a very knowledgeable RMT. When you have specific issues, she knows all about healing and has great and very helpful suggestions, excercises, etc. to share. I came across her through my insurance company's recommendation. I am so glad I did!
If I give Theo a 10 star rating I would but I have to do a 5. Amazing at his job and has helped me with various issues I’ve had and I alway feel better than when I walked in. He also shows me what I can do to prevent the issue from coming back.
Theo is the best therapist that I have had. You have done more in 4 Massage therapy sessions then all the other 3 Physio Therapists that I have been to in the last 4 months. Theo used hands-on technique, Myofascial release massage, applies sustained pressure to relieve pain and restore movement by targeting the fascia and the connective tissue that can become tight and restricted surrounding the muscles.
