William is great! He was able to provide a quote with just a few photos and he came and completed the job within a few hours of initially contacting him. So friendly, polite and professional. Really good price also. Will absolutely use again and would highly recommend to anyone who needs their glass replaced.

William from Ometek Glass was helpful from start to finish. He was recommend to us by a family member, who he helped with the installation of their dog door. William quoted, came out to measure and advise and installed our dog door today, all within 2 weeks! We are so happy with the work he did, and he went out of his way to assist us in fixing the door and lock, which was not part of the quote. We had an issue with our shower screen being out of alignment following restumping. William was great in giving us a clear quote, very quick to come to look at the issue and he was able to fix the problem without the need for new glass, so the work came in under the quoted amount. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Ometek Glass.
Will installed a new frameless slider shower screen, very price competitive, responsive and able to navigate the challenges that arose during the process. I’ll be using Will again!
