I called Ometek Glass at 7pm on a Friday night after the door on my shower screen shattered. William picked up my call and requested photos of the damaged shower screen. He quoted on that basis and arranged to come over the following day - Saturday - to measure up. By the following Monday afternoon, I had a brand new shower screen fully installed. Amazing!
