Fantastic customer service and a quick job with first rate outcome. Really appreciated that he arrived when he said he would and did the job well within the time he said he would. Would recommend them!
William did a great job installing the doggy door. He was thorough with the job and very helpful with advice around using it and training the dog.
William did an excellent job replacing a reeded glass panel (floor to ceiling) which had smashed in our bathroom. He cleaned up, manoeuvred the replacement panel up a flight of stairs - we had to make changes for the panel to fit - but it's worked out to be better than the original job. He came to the job, checked the measurements, made sure it would fit and had the job done quickly and efficiently.
Very happy with prompt replacement of a shattered shower screen by William. Fast reply to enquiry, quote, and excellent communications on getting it booked in. I appreciate it guys. Would recommend Ometek.
William was great for our dog door installation. Fast and responsive. Came out to measure same day and gave a reasonable timeframes and price for it to be produced. Turnaround was even faster then he quoted and was back for install within a week. Gave some good advice around placement the door and had it all installed and setup in about an hour or so. Spent sometime helping acclimate the dogs and giving some tips to get the comfortable while my 2 dachshunds just barked at him. Haha. But he was great and eventually won a litt... read more
