BEWARE UNRELEIABLE CANELLED ON ME DAY OF MOVE I have never met an owner so unprofessional and unreliable in my life. I booked Omero moves days in advance and told them multiple times to be here at 7 am as I had the elevator booked from 7-8 am see screenshots of text below . BEWARE!!!! I have never seen or heard of someone as outrageous as the owner. Bad time management skills and communication. What do you mean you can’t come anymore after you said you were coming and going to be on time? I called them way after the deadline and they cancelled on the DAY. I bet they were just lazy and didn’t want to come after I told them to be on time. They ghosted and ignored the texts and calls. Untrustworthy and bad service.
Honestly disappointing and unsatisfied. I booked them because of the review they have on google. Don’t be fooled, they were rude, had no time management and cancelled on us after the meeting time on the day I had to move out. I told them to arrive at the destination ON TIME (heavy emphasis on being SHARP) but they kept on delaying it while my time slot was ticking away. They kept saying 10 minutes 10 minutes while 40 minutes have already past. I was questioning them why are they late when they said 10 minutes 40 minutes ago.... read more
Mr. Ali was so kind and generous with his time! He actually spent 2 hours and 20 minutes but only charged me for 2, and was so helpful throughout the whole move! I definitely recommend to everyone! 10/10 experience
We used Omero’s moving and the service was prompt. The guys who helped move my stuff were polite and were very careful in moving the boxes. The pricing was also just right.
