Booked and confirmed- no show, called and texted.. no response for 9 hours - can’t make it. Totally ghosted by this company. Totally unreliable company and would not recommend
Guys were careless, scratched up my washing machine, scratched the walls, almost broke some furniture trying to force things in door ways or around corners, bypassed writing on boxes marked fragile, And were moving really slow taking their sweet time and I did half the work trying to rush them to do more. Would not recommend, not worth your time or money.
BEWARE UNRELEIABLE CANELLED ON ME DAY OF MOVE I have never met an owner so unprofessional and unreliable in my life. I booked Omero moves days in advance and told them multiple times to be here at 7 am as I had the elevator booked from 7-8 am see screenshots of text below . All boxes had been packed a short and easy job. On the day of the move I call them at 6:50 am to ask where they are. The owner answers and says the movers will leave in 10 mins. We had Omeros move a sofa bed and lazy boy chair from our apartment to our son’s house. The two young men that picked them up were very pleasant and so efficient. They wrapped both items in plastic and had them out of our room (which wasn’t easy to navigate) very well and very quickly. They were extremely careful. At our son’s end he was very pleased with the delivery process as they had to navigate down a narrow stair case. I would highly recommend this company for moving. Gail McMillan
What can I say about the three men that helped me move today (Aug 7)?!? Fantastic I don’t have anything bad to say about the three men, Alibalo , Dineth, and Lalana were absolutely amazing! Quick and professional Actually, the only complaint I have is that, they wouldn’t let me help! Hahaha Very polite and respectful I will use this company again IF I ever decide to move again Everything was packed properly, no scratches or damage done to any of my or my son’s furniture! Great work gentleman. Thank you again!
