Terrible experience
There guya are great! And it started off so well, they showed up right on time and were very pleasant and approachable. We discussed a price, and because I didn't know enough to mention that their was 3 flights of stairs, they were very happy to make this work and,did not berate me for not disclosing the 3 flights of stairs but offered to help me by giving me the best rate I could have imagined. Cancelled on a Sunday after being over an hour late. I was told the driver was arrested for getting in a bar fight and there was no replacement driver. Appointment was booked 5 weeks in advanced and confirmed twice in the subsequent weeks. Because of this delay, I ended up moving out as the new tenant was moving in.
