First, let me say it makes me very sad to have to write this review. We've really appreciated this place, the food, the prices. But yesterday, we had one of the most appalling, abhorrent restaurant experiences we've ever had. When we got to the restaurant, it was packed, so we already had expectation things might be a bit out of sorts as wait staff and kitchen would be in the weeds.
