Been a bookkeeper for many decades and I’ve worked with literally every payroll provider. This is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Huge errors they ended up costing small businesses tens of thousands of dollars and they take no ownership for any errors. Awful and slow to work with and high staff turn over. STILL waiting for them to do work they were paid to do.

Omegacomp HR provides an antiquated service in a modernized world. They're good at responding to complex HR issues but have outdated administrative processes.
After 13+ years of processing the payroll and benefits for the company I work for, they are still completely confused. I have to call in every year during open enrollment to make sure they process my medical benefits correctly to avoid them having to take away my Christmas money.
