Love Dr gabai but am disappointment I will no longer be going to Omega anymore. had a very disappointing experience with this office today. I arrived for my scheduled appointment with my 6-year-old daughter because I had no other childcare available. Rather than trying to accommodate the situation or offering any alternative, I was told I could not be seen simply because she was with me. Would not recommend seeing Dr. Slaton. Was diagnosed with PCOS at 13 by a different doctor, but Dr. Slaten said my pain didn’t sound “that bad.” I had passed out in the shower from menstrual pain, and woke up with my face in a puddle of water. She didn’t seem concerned by this. She also said I had not experienced “enough discomfort” during the exam. On top of that, she was plainly unprofessional and rude. My mom was shocked upon hearing the story, as was my GP. Will have to be taken care of by a different doctor.
Dr. Feldman is, without a doubt, the best gynecologist I have ever been to. From the moment you walk into the office, you can tell how much pride they take in providing an exceptional experience.
