This review is long overdue. There are not enough great things that I can say about Dr. Fredericks. I've been a patient of his for over 11 years! He's patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answers any and all questions and never makes you feel rushed. He finds solutions to problems and always does it with genuine grace. Dr. Fredericks makes me feel seen and heard, and that in itself speaks volumes for me. I have never come across any other doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. Polite and professional service. Answers questions and is patient. Mentor and encourage. Lost 60 pounds in about 8 to 10 months Sorry Ashley, that was not my experience. In fact, my insurance is out of network, and they worked with me Thank God

Wish I had a similar experience as the rest of the patients but unfortunately I didn’t. To start, at my first visit, I only had a copy of the front of my insurance card not the back and the receptionist could not verify my coverage. I tired my best to find the back info and remembered my PCP had it from my recent annual visit so I called the office and asked if they could provide the info the guy needed.
