10 windows installation.-Start to finish, a first class, professional installers. Installers are amazing very communicative and respectful they picked up the generated trash and debris the next day. My family and I are amazed at how much better our home looks, Our friends have commented on how in pressed the change looks.
Contracted with Rick who advised they were doing bathroom remodels. A 10 day job lasted 7 weeks. The shower leaks, the vanity sinks are off center (one sink 1 inch from wall - the other was 4 inches from the other wall), there are gaps in the tiles and the grout is different colors in different areas. Home owners BEWARE!!!! Do NOT use OMEGA!! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Workers drinking on job!! Horrific job done by drunks! Terrible quality of materials used!! I regret using them!! It has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! Now I'm requesting a warranty and getting the runaround!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Owner and sales person VERY RUDE...AFTER THEY GOT MY MONEY!!! I REGRET EVER USING THIS INFERIOR COMPANY!!! Update: THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WARRANTY!!!!!!
Finding honest, caring and friendly workers is hard in times like this. I just had them install siding on my home and am very impressed with the detail and quality of work. I am disabled and wanted to thank them for the job they preformed.
