Contracted with Rick who advised they were doing bathroom remodels. A 10 day job lasted 7 weeks. The shower leaks, the vanity sinks are off center (one sink 1 inch from wall - the other was 4 inches from the other wall), there are gaps in the tiles and the grout is different colors in different areas. Home owners BEWARE!!!! Do NOT use OMEGA!! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Workers drinking on job!! Horrific job done by drunks! Terrible quality of materials used!! I regret using them!! It has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! Now I'm requesting a warranty and getting the runaround!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Owner and sales person VERY RUDE...AFTER THEY GOT MY MONEY!!! I REGRET EVER USING THIS INFERIOR COMPANY!!! Update: THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WARRANTY!!!!!!
Finding honest, caring and friendly workers is hard in times like this. I just had them install siding on my home and am very impressed with the detail and quality of work. I am disabled and wanted to thank them for the job they preformed.
Took alot longer to get things done had to correct things many times. Person we talked to never showed up the day workers started to say we are here. All workers spoke Spanish and I don't so was hard when things were not being done that was in contract. Still waiting on gutter guards Richard never gave answers and never answered my husband at all only me never again so far siding is good and gutters still standing hope to get the guards tomorrow. Read the reviews wish I did better.
Just went through 59 mph wind gusts from Tropical storm Ian. The siding installed by Omega this summer made it with zero damage. So very happy we chose Omega.
