This company is exceptional! They are always on time (early even), & take excellent care of me. The staff is nice & helps with my medical needs. Everyone is kind, & I feel well looked after, safe, w great/safe drivers. Best ride service I’ve had. Also, can expedite a transport need if availability is flexible!!!

Our company recently used Omega Travels to handle transportation for our Associate Fun Day, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was handled with professionalism — the drivers were punctual, courteous, and ensured everyone got to and from the event safely and comfortably. HORRIBLE! Unprofessional! Made reservations with Lois February 29th for van service for two days, 6 passengers for Friday 4/5 and Saturday 4/6, round trip. She and I had communications for weeks leading up to the reservation. Day before she sent text to confirm actual time of pickup (text message attached) I replied I needed to confirm with my friends. a few hours later reached out with an updated pick up time.
