HORRIBLE! Unprofessional! Made reservations with Lois February 29th for van service for two days, 6 passengers for Friday 4/5 and Saturday 4/6, round trip. She and I had communications for weeks leading up to the reservation. Day before she sent text to confirm actual time of pickup (text message attached) I replied I needed to confirm with my friends. a few hours later reached out with an updated pick up time. My experience with Omega has been phenomenal! They have completely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be more satisfied! I’m so glad that I ended up with Omega as my transportation provider and Ms. Lois as my driver. I have an early morning appointment everyday of the week (except Sunday) and Ms. Lois and Omega have been CONSISTENT and ON TIME EVERY DAY and i have NEVER HAD TO WAIT AT ALL much less 2 hours to be picked up from my appointment. My1st experience with call transportation for a doctor appointment. My driver was Ms. Lois, such a cool and sweet person!!! The ride was more than comfortable and I got to my appointment on time, and she was outside waiting for me before could call her and tell her I was ready!!! I will not only contact Omega Travels LLC again but I also will request Ms. Lois!!! Good vibes and a smooth ride!!!
