Michael provided amazing service throughout my experience. He was always quick to reply, answered all of my questions clearly, and was happy to discuss pros and cons of including certain experiences/cities or not. We feel like we got great value and will use Omega in future travels as well. And we had an AMAZING trip!
Omega Tours was wonderful for our trip to Portugal in Sept. Michael was very responsive and quickly answered questions in preparation for the trip. Alex was a wonderful tour guide and looked after each and every one of us to make the tour more personal. I highly recommend a small group tour and everyone on the tour became friends and we enjoyed spending time together. We completed Omega's Spain's Soul 9 Day Small Group tour. All but one of the hotels were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The included breakfasts ranged from basic and met our needs to fantastic with lots of variety that would have met everyone's needs. The locations we visited from Barcelona to Madrid were all amazing and we enjoyed our tour leader, Roberto. He was very knowledgable and genuinely kind and caring person. Review of our experience with Michael Rizzo from Omega Tours. Michael helped us plan our Perfect 1st trip to Italy. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.
