My wife and I had booked a Sardinian Splendours Tour with Omega, but due to some health issues we had to cancel the trip. I want to say a big thank you to Michael Rizzo, the General Manager, for being so understanding and sympathetic to our situation. He happily refunded our down-payment, apart from a small administrative fee, which was more than generous, when most companies keep any deposit paid. Thank you again Michael. With improved health, we look forward to travelling with Omega in the future.
