Super fluid experience. Quick response time and great recommendations and suggestions
I recently signed up for an Omega Tour from Singapore. The booking process was smooth, and I truly appreciated Michael’s assistance — he was responsive and helpful despite the time zone difference. While I haven’t traveled yet, one suggestion for improvement would be to offer an option to upgrade to a falls view room at Niagara Falls. Even for escorted tours, having this flexibility would make the experience more memorable for clients traveling from afar. What an Epic trip !!! Micheal Rizzo was the absolute best setting everything up !!! This is not a kick your feet in the sand and do nothing vacation!! In 12 nights we saw Rome , Assisi , Sienna , Florence , Bologna , Venice , Pompeii ,Sorrento and Capri !!! Venice and Capri were my favorites with Rome and Sorrento a close 3rd. I am very happy with the Eastern Canada trip. It was perfectly organised. The bus was very safe and comfortable. The hotels were good and in central positions. We were lucky to have Marcell for a guide - very polite, helpful and attentive. Only one recommendation: The itinerary needs a full day in Ottawa. It is an intresting city and we had only half day there. It also meant a long way two days in a row.
