We had a beautiful trip to Greece. Michael Rizzo did a great job ensuring our trip went smoothly. Local reps arranged by Omega were engaging and very responsive. We had one snafu with local transport which Michael responded to immediately. Would definitely recommend Omega Tours
We booked two separate tours back to back. The first was mostly time for us to explore with a few organized guided tour and assistance with travel between cities. The second was a group tour on a tour bus from city to city. I liked both for different reasons and am glad we experienced both types.

I recently signed up for an Omega Tour from Singapore. The booking process was smooth, and I truly appreciated Michael’s assistance — he was responsive and helpful despite the time zone difference. While I haven’t traveled yet, one suggestion for improvement would be to offer an option to upgrade to a falls view room at Niagara Falls. Even for escorted tours, having this flexibility would make the experience more memorable for clients traveling from afar. What an Epic trip !!! Micheal Rizzo was the absolute best setting everything up !!! This is not a kick your feet in the sand and do nothing vacation!! In 12 nights we saw Rome , Assisi , Sienna , Florence , Bologna , Venice , Pompeii ,Sorrento and Capri !!! Venice and Capri were my favorites with Rome and Sorrento a close 3rd.
