Our trip to Italy planned by Michael Rizzo worked out great. First, Michael is very responsive and communicates extremely well. All our communications were by email and personal calls were not necessary. The trip travel arrangements in Italy were flawless. Our driver, Luigi, was always on time or early. He was gracious and easy to work with. The hotel in Rome was in an excellent location. The guides provided for the Vatican and other sites in Rome were knowledgeable and assured. My husband & I recently travelled on a Swiss tour with Omega & can say that it was the best guided tour that we had been on. The tour was very well organised & very enjoyable. Our tour leader Vitelli was the best, he was very knowledgable as well as committed to make the group’s experience amazing. We can’t thank him enough for everything!
