My experience was ok. I feel like the title person (I won’t name her here) completely dropped the ball during the first 30 days which caused 2 more extensions before we finally closed. My realtor had to constantly send reminders and emails asking for updates. After a manager got involved, the ball started rolling. We finally closed almost 90 days later. If it wasn’t for my real estate agent following up and reaching out to parties that the total agent should’ve been, I don’t think we would’ve ever closed.
