Missing in action, Asleep at the wheel, Un responsive, lights are on but nobody is home is how I would describe my experience with Leslie at Omega. I would not use if I didn't have to. They must get a lot of work given to them by Fannie Mae and not really interested in doing a good job.
Leslie was my title rep. Communication was great, but as far as knowing the processes of how to payout an agent... she was very confused. I didn't even get a copy of my commission check or shipping label. She sent me and not the creditors checks to pay credit cards off, which was very ODD. Usually title companies send the checks directly to creditors to get them paid off after closing. IF that was a contingency in Loan Financing a property. Overall it was very much of a headache and stressful dealing with this title company ... read more
