Great experience in the Greenville, NC store this morning. I had to take all 3 of my preschool aged children with me while I tried on a couple pairs of running shoes, and the two staff members on site were very patient with/amused by my little people, and very attentive in helping me to find exactly what I needed.

I loved this store and even came from 2 hours away. I purchased the Tourna grip enhancer for my hands so they won't be so slippery when playing Tennis.I used it today and it works wonderfully. I will be back, The staff was so friendly and helpful to me and my friend too..

I have been dealing with several health issues for awhile. I don't recall his name but the manager of the store always provides excellent customer service and is just a nice guy. My mother took my wore out Brooks to try to find a pair just like them (I need a certain kind for my severe flat feet and tendonitis). I was unable to go. He found a pair that were exactly what I needed. I will go nowhere else for my tennis shoes. Customer service is dying out but at Omega, you can count on it.

I have to recommend going to see Griffin. He put me in the correct shoe, which helped cure injuries I was having with low arch and overpronation.

Best place in Greenville to buy shoes hands down!! They also have a great selection of other items in the store as well. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend checking them out!!
