Amazing service. Spoke with highly skilled sales team and finalized the design. Booked in for an install 4 weeks later, which was incredible. Job completed on time and in a very professional manner. Had a different sparky turn up to install some network cables and he looked the the Omega install and said "that is quality right there". Say no more !
Quality workmanship and service from a local company. How wonderful to have thorough follow up, easy communication and delivery on promises made. Very happy after having been treated poorly by another 'cheaper' solar provider.
What a wonderful service by Omega Solar, especially Greg who came out and changed my solar inverter. He was efficient, friendly and provided a great price for the product and service provided. On time and trustworthy. Greg was also the same person that fitted our whole system of 20 panels etc over 13 years ago. Did such a great job that nothing has gone wrong in that time, just time to change the inverter. I would recommend Greg and Omega Solar to anyone on the Gold Coast. Fantastic service , answered when called, o time as per scheduled, great to use a local company that prides themselves on reliable, great service and response.
Guys turned up to install right on the time they had indicated, and were done by mid afternoon. System was generating power instantly and works like a treat, well and truely covering our needs power wise to run the whole house. Thanks Peter Rachael and the team.
