what an absolute joke. called to buy a new system and battery, they have an ai / auto robot answer the phone. i know what i want, i'm ready to purchase, and all i got was question after question from a robot that doesnt listen. if a person answered the phone, we would have done a deal today. i kept asking to talk to a salesperson but the robot wouldnt put me through until i provided way more information than was necessary.
One simple call and Greg and the boys came to my property within half an hr. Problem with my solar system was identified explained and fixed, I couldn’t be happier. Great service I fully recommend Omega solar and battery to anyone looking for a system. Thank you.

Sara at the office kept us informed throughout the process, and invoicing was clear. Greg, the owner, personally made sure everything was working and gave me a handover at completion. Amazing service. Spoke with highly skilled sales team and finalized the design. Booked in for an install 4 weeks later, which was incredible. Job completed on time and in a very professional manner. Had a different sparky turn up to install some network cables and he looked the the Omega install and said "that is quality right there". Say no more !
