office staff rude, won't answer questions about portal login, facility dirty and never improved despite increase in fees "to improve service"
Very outdated and dilapidated facilities. Constant price increases every 6 months. You get what you pay for.
Absolutely worst place ever. People there are disgusting. Building full of rats.
This place is horrible. Raises prices every two months and I can’t afford it. Rodents have eaten precious items that i kept for memories, even my valuables. Rat droppings were found inside of my storage unit and everywhere around the place. There’s a hole on top of the door allowing for anything to come inside, such as birds and raccoons. On the ceilings there are visible leaks and holes. Exposed wires everywhere. This is place is not a safe space to keep your valuables, at least the ones you want to keep.
