Great customer service from all staff. Omega made the process very simple and easy. From dealing with Naomi (1st point of contact) to then dealing with Frith and Brendan. The purchase and installation of my new security system was flawless. 100% would recommend and I will be a return customer when my business grows and I require more
Worst people to deal with, Warren in customer service team does not how to deal with clients in a friendly manner. No positive energy and doesn't want to help/assist. He definitely needs more training, as this reflects poorly and negatively for Omega too.

John from Omega arrived and repaired our existing abloy lock. As it is 17 years old and in a poor condition he repaired it straight away. I can’t thank him enough. A great tradesman.
