I had quite a situation last week when I lost my keys, and it was incredibly difficult trying to organise a new set. The staff at Omega were absolutely amazing throughout what was a very stressful and difficult situation. They went above and beyond to help me get a new set of keys and made the whole process as easy as possible. They where exceptional people very knowledgeable and went out of there way to help me with a tricky problem. I recommend them to anyone that needs locks or personal security. They are very genuine people that take pride in their work.
Omega changed the lock on my apartment in Port Melbourne. James in the office was so very helpful and a clear communicator. Matthew who completed the work could not have been nicer and did a great job.
