This team and company are full of amazing and very professional people. The names can be listed endlessly but over the last 2 years I have especially dealt with Naomi, Kirsty, Aaron and Ben. Deciding to upgrade to a Digital Lock for my apartment, I needed a fire safety compliant lock backed up by quality locksmiths and installed by competent professionals. Omega Security Solutions provided an Australian designed McGrath Hamilton lock and App that was installed by expert tradespeople quickly. The lock installed, door closing adjusted, I now have a smooth functioning access system.
Just Google it’ was the response I received when requesting their service in a stressful situation. If they’re busy, it seems easy for them to forget that you’re a human being.
