Im a new patient. I was supposed to have an appt on friday, i sat there for an 1 1/2 hours , then took back to the room were i sat for another hour. Then told they did not know when he was coming in. Had to make another appt. For monday sat there for an hour. Told meds would be sent that day, was not sent, called back said it would be at end of day. Called my pharmacy the next morning and they still did not send meds. Finally got ahold of them by 1230 said they would get the dr a note and verbally let him know. Waited again ... read more
I haven’t been to Dr. C office in a year and I decided to become a patient there again, due to my previous pain management doctor closing. I was comfy seeing Dr. C..he was always helpful, courteous, listened and always found a solution for my pain. Unfortunately the last few days has been horrible, the new staff are unprofessional, very rude and apparently don’t know how to answer the phone in a professional manner. Who answers the phone YEA!!
