They advertise a good warranty but good luck trying to us it when needed. They never return my calls or emails. Don't know how to get a replacement part if they never answer anyone's calls or emails. I've called several times and left several emails with all the info they ask for. Still no response.

I agree with every other person who has posted a review or made a claim against this "company". Their customer service is horrible and not only is it horrible, it is as if they strive for it to be horrible. They purposely do not answer the phone (and this has nothing to do with Covid). They tell you to contact them via e-mail and as long as everything is okay and going as usual, they will respond and quickly - often times within 10 - 20minutes. It took me over 2 months to get a response from customer service for a warranty claim. You can't reach them on the 1-800 customer service number. You must contact them through email only for claims. I contacted them on Instagram and it took a few weeks for a response back. Rep. Lisa made contact with me on the return. I had no complaints with her but Rep. Vince answered the phone and was very rude with no patience and was upset with me personally because I kept calling back to the only number I was given to received help. Th... read more

Ordered a replacement part on 1/1/2020. As of today the part has not arrived. Customer service does not respond to our emails. My credit card was charged at the time I placed the order.
