This company couldn’t process an order properly, give accurate information about shipping, or fulfill their word about a refund. I ordered two sets of wire rack shelves on a Monday. The order was processed immediately and my credit card was charged. By Friday, no shipping information so I messaged them via Chat. They said the order would ship that day or the following Monday. HORRIBLE been waiting for product over a month, said they would call me with a tracking number two weeks ago... still waiting... if i treated my customers this way I would be out of business.
Their dividable grid bins are equivalent quality to their competitors at a reduced price. However, their shipping times are untenable for my business. It doesn’t take five weeks to ship from Florida to Massachusetts. I’d recommend a different brand. FSE, Quantum storage, or Akro Mills. I ordered some Quantum storage bins through Grainger for $6 more per bin but had them in two days. They don’t seem to be selling through Amazon any more and I can see why. Not worth the discount for me.
Imagine this: you order a shelving unit, it arrives with two plastic connectors broken by UPS's rough handling, and you find a phone number. Upon calling this number, a live human being answers right away, listens to your request, apologizes and promises to send replacement parts immediately. Yes, this happened to me in 2024! I was astounded and extremely grateful. The unit was easily assembled and looks great in my pantry.
