Wonderful all around pool company I contacted this pool company to get a estimates for a In ground pool. They were the most friendly most helpful company. When you don't understand things they talk you through it. Not only did they make a amazing looking pool design for me but they also service my pool every week and it's so worth it by the time summer comes around which is right around the coner my family and friends will love it too. My Number one choice Omega was the best pool company I ever thought of choosing. Charlie was very professional. They had my pool ready to go by a week. I did not have any problem contacting the owners what so ever sometimes even after business hours. My kids love the pool as well as my wife and I. The rocking is great and the waterfall helps us relax in the spa after a long day at work. Thank you Omega for everything. I have told alot of our family and friends. Keep up the great work.
Omega pools - Made us happy! Had our pool done by Omega three years ago, Great service, great pool and great people. Most of all, great price! Phone communication was a little poor but always got a response. I've referred these guys many times and would definitely use them again!
Very hard to get ahold of Agree with other comments. They are VERY hard to get ahold of and get them to come back out. This can sometimes take several weeks.
Omega Pools & Spas is Not worth hiring Definitely do not hire unless you want a fulltime babysitting job. They won't answer or return calls quickly. They don't follow through with what they say thay are going to do. What a hassle! They still never did come back to complete the last step. Guess I'll live without it.
not a good company In ground pool, they are unprofessionally at all . They sound good deal until they get your money , they shorted my pool size by 9feet radius and can not tell me why they did it, I do not recommend them at all to no body every not to my enemy!. To not get cared by sweet talking or by promises and write every small detail one by one and leave some money as a final payment after finishing.
