Omega pool did a wonderful job building our pool. The project was executed flawlessly from beginning to the end. The design was sophisticated and practical. The project team was professional. All the communications were timely. Any concerns we had during the process were taken care of immediately. We truly enjoyed working with Omega pool. Thank you for bringing such a joy to our family.
The pool and the amenities seem to be wonderful but unfortunately we have not be able to enjoy them since the staff are the worst, they are closing the pool for supposed cleaning every 2 hours and we never saw anyone doing any cleaning at all, also they was closing because the "storms" without one single rain drop or thunder, unacceptable; seem that they are looking excuses to keep it closed and not to work.
