The responsiveness of the team was on point, they never left us wondering when things would happen and aways showed up to check on subs and work in general and answered all of our questions. The team at Omega have been great! Bobby was fantastic during the initial design and planning phase. There was an issue at the start of the project after the City initially told us no permit was needed, only to reverse course when the digging started. This delayed the start date by 2 weeks, but again this was an issue from the City and not a reflection on Omega as the City told me similarly that no permit was needed. I highly recommend Omega Pools if you're looking to build a pool! They’re super efficient and fast. My pool was ready in less than a month!!! Yep, that's right, my family was already swimming in the pool just 29 days after they started digging. Omega Pools is really responsive and always on top of things. Not to mention, they delivered my backyard exactly as it was—sprinklers were rerouted, the grass was replanted, and there was no mess left behind.
