Avoid this company at all costs. Misrepresented their association with Hayward products and as an authorized warranty service provider. Then due to personnel changes they have left this customer with incomplete warranty repairs on a $3,500.00 Hayward pool pump that lasted 75 days before it failed and now told to go find someone else to do the warranty work because they are NOT an authorized Hayward warranty service provider.
Called for a repair and first guy shows up and lied the entire the visit. I still have never seen a repair because there wasn't one. Second guy, Ronnie, said many complaints of 15 because 1st guy, now I find the general mgr. Ronnie cleaned filter yet said he would return. I asked him when he said just back wash. . I spoke with owner and she said I sign agreement...bs I signed use of credit card when repair done. Was never a repair ! Now the scammers want to sue. Micah was very helpful when getting me the service I needed and he had wonderful phone etiquette.
Omega pooling has great services and awesome technicians they’ve kept my pool in great shape. Micah was especially helpful in my last service!
