Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy Saginala is outstanding, knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner! He is very caring and all about educating and empowering his patients.
Didn’t fill script on time, leaving me with withdrawal symptoms. They Breached their duty of care, they don’t have after hours or emergency contact info. Rude office staff on the phone. This place is a nightmare to deal with, and irresponsible for psychiatric care. I’m Reporting them to the state department and wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. EDIT - I see a doc through telehealth. Weather wasn’t a factor. The doc don’t fill my script and you practice has no emergency line. Your front desk person had an attitude of “well n... read more

I found Dr. Mopuri at Omega Physicians through Zocdoc. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the beginning, as my initial appointment was missed, which set the tone for ongoing concerns about communication and follow-through. During visits, that were hard to schedule or hear back as is, I felt invalidated regarding my condition, and interactions often came across as defensive and dismissive when I asked basic questions about my medication and treatment options.
