5 star service. Made me feel welcomed, I usually hate doctors offices, but not this one.
Dr. Mopuri is the best! He is worth the wait. I feel he really listens to me and is one of the best. You can tell he loves what he does and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. He is worth a wait!
I booked an appointment online on Zocdoc for Dr Ramadevi Enugala for Saturday at 1245. They accepted my CO pay from my insurance right away I was on time and waited 40 minutes. Dr was a NO Call, No Show, No Anything. I tried calling the office it was automated and went to voicemail. I left an email and got No response at all. Very Unprofessional on the Practice and the Dr. I'm curious if they billed my Insurance company also. I've read quite a few reviews on the Dr, and it seems this is a normal occurrence.
Dr.Mopuri is a caring doctor who listens and makes you feel heard
They called in my prescription to the Wong location 2 out 4 times. They also put me on to a pharmacy that they work with. I think they across the street. They sent me medication that was a different brand and different strength without knowing they did it. It is hard to get call backs from this place.
