Awesome Customer Service
We have this Omega Insurance for at least 2 decades. Their rates and customer service has been fair. Unfortunately someone on there end dropped the ball with our impound account that we have had with them. It caused tremendous stress. That was 3 years ago and they should have paid the difference in the financial mistake. The reason we kept them is because they have called to check on our family through every major fire that has happened in the North State over the last ten years.
